17 inch 2 GHz C2D imac (5,1) with 3GB DDR2 RAM, X1600 (128MB memory) GPU - OSX 10.6.3
White and 16GB for me. If I was to get one.
I just like Apple's white devices. That's I bought the last white imac like 2 weeks before the new ones came out. I know I could have waited 2 weeks. But I'm glad I didn't.

Black prolly 16GB to save some money.

EDIT: Servers seem to be getting hammered Im trying to preorder with only timeouts happening :(
