MagSafe Charger: Faint Green Light

Hey everyone.

I have a MacBook, since April 2009.

Recently, however, when I tried to connect it to an external power source, the charger showed a faint green light instead of the amber/green. However, my MacBook claims that it is not connected to a charger, and oddly, it is charging.

All help would be appreciated.

I've had that happen before... usually it was just because the mag wasn't connected real well. I think for me its because I have a plastic case on my macbook pro so it doesn't always get a real good connection.

usually yes it's either because of the adapter not connected all the way or the light is simply going out or the power adapter isn't supplying enough power. is the computer charging alright?

Right now I am plugging it. The light is still a faint green. In 4 hours, however, the % bar moved only like 4. From 13% to 17.
