Do you have any third-party utility apps, which have enabled this problem? If so, then revert the settings back.

If not then, read this below:

The X Lab said:
If you are informed that files dragged to the Trash "will be deleted immediately," it is possible that you are either no longer the Owner of your Home folder, or do not have Read & Write access to your Home folder. If so:
1. Open a Finder window

2. Select the Home icon in the Finder toolbar.

3. Press the Command+I keyboard combination. The Get Info window for your Home folder opens.

4. Select the Get Info window.

5. Select the disclosure triangle for the Ownership & Permissions panel in the Get Info window.

6. If using Mac OS X 10.3 or later, select the disclosure triangle for the Details panel within the Ownership & Permissions panel.

7. If your account is not Owner or Access is not Read & Write, then:

1. Select the Lock icon.
2. Change Owner to you.
3. Change Access to Read & Write.
4. Type your Admin password if prompted to authenticate.
5. Select the Lock icon again.

8. Close the Get Info window.
You should now be able to place objects into the Trash.
