Random glitch in os x login screen, please help!

Just dropped two grand on my first apple notebook, and im pretty unfamiliar with them. But every time i go to the login screen this glitch happens and its starting to bug me, ill attach the picture. Any suggestions??

I assume this is a new MacBook under warranty? First make sure you have the latest updates. If you do, or that doesn't fix it, then call Apple. It appears you have some sort of glitch. Could be hardware… could be the driver.

Does the distortion shift if the dialog box is moved around?

(I never log out, but that's no solution!)
