iPad reserved

I can't afford the monthly fee for the 3G service atm so i'm buying the 3G iPad now and will get 3G service later.

Anyone reserved a ipad at the apple store and how long did it take to get it ?

I reserved mine at the store and got an email it was in before i even got home. I live about 20 mins away.

Did ya turn around and go back to the Apple store? Also what state do you live in? I am going to reserve mine monday.

I live in the San Francisco bay area. I reserved mine of a Friday at the palo alto apple store and got it a week later, on a Saturday.

I didn't go back to get it right away because i had already called another store within a 20 min drive and they had them in stock.I live in NJ

i reserved one but called back cause my email was wrong.
i hope i can get my ipad this week
