While on vacation, I'll take 100's of photos, and usually back them up to notebook. Don't want to lug one around, so considered an Epson.

Can the Ipad do the same thing?
Went to the apple website, and found hardware (not sure why I can't simply plug in, but that's another question) : Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit
The iPad Camera Connection Kit gives you two ways to import photos and videos from a digital camera: using your camera’s USB cable or directly from an SD card. iPad and the Camera Connection Kit support standard photo formats, including JPEG and RAW.
Anyhow - is anyone using the Ipad for simple image storage while on vacation or in career (ie photographer)? Does it do the trick?
