This likely wouldn't come up too often for me, but I'm wondering if there is any way to add a previously received email as an attachment to a reply to a totally separate email. I know I could simply forward the first email and reply to the other separately, but I'd like to call the recipient's attention to both messages at the same time, which might not be as effective if received as two separate messages. I'm using Apple Mail 4.2. Thanks for any help with such a weird question!

Simply drag the email that you want to be an attachment into the email you are going to send.

Thanks! I'm very new to the Mac world, and I never thought of anything so simple after fighting with Windows for so long!

No kidding, some times it’s so hard to wrap your mind around it, that it’s so simple.
