I'm running an Epson Stylus Pro 9880 over our company network to our Apple computer. I'm not an Apple person so bear with me...

We're running Snow Leopard, and I installed the printer drivers and remote assistant through the Epson website. Here's the issue:

Whenever we want to cancel a document, we're supposed to hold down a button on the printer for 3 seconds, then it resets, and stops. However, the Mac keeps sending the print command after we cancel it, so after it resets, it just starts printing again. Ultimately, we have to reboot the computer, and unplug the printer from the wall to clear the queue. Here's what I've tried...

- Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers from Epson/Third party sites
- Holding the job in the Mac printing queue and then trying to stop the job
- Deleting the job in the Mac printing queue and then trying to stop the job
- Stopping the job in the Mac printing queue and then trying to stop the job
- Installed on Windows 7 PC and it worked immediately
- Taking the Mac off of the network and placing it back on

Any advice would be very much appreciated

Thank you,

Annon
