Need a little quick help while on holiday

Hi im on holiday right now and have been trying to do some photo editing while im here and i have a shot of a sign with white letters that have a halo like thing around them. Im know thats there because the shot is over sharp. so my question is how do I get rid of those halos around the letters / unsharpen the picture a little.

sounds more like photoshop, but I don't know how to fix that.

dude if your just trying to "unsharpen" something iphotos little adjustment panel has sharpen/unsharpen
