Garageband not launching...

Hi,
I have an iBook G4 (10.4.11), on a network, which is failing to launch Garageband - you click on the icon and nothing happens.

This is what is coming up in the Console crash report...

Can anyone please tell me what this means exactly?

Well it seems it can't find the Garageband library.
I suggest your best course of action is to re-install Garageband, but you could try repairing permissions first.
