Ok to make a long story short, I had a MBP, and it died out. I'm wanting to put parts up on ebay for sell. The only problem I have though is with the HD. It still has all of my information. I recently bought a new Laptop with Windows 7 currently installed and was wondering if there was any way I could format the Mac drive from my PC? It also has a SATA connection. Please let me know of anyway possible. Thank you for your time and help.

Just plug it in any free SATA port in your computer, boot up Windows and format it. :)

It's just a regular off-the-shelf 2,5-Inch SATA drive.

You can use this. I bought one from Fry's Electronics for around $25. It's a handy tool to use with any kind of external hard drive.

Regards.
