I grew up with a PC for 18 years and used to know DOS very well. I'm newer to the Mac world and am having troubles installing a program. I hope this is the correct section to post my question.
The program I am installing is called Megatunix and is software for tuning my cars computer. I currently run it on Windows, but the Mac version is better. The Windows version was easy to install but this Mac version is giving me problems.
Here's the original install instructions:

This is the error I am getting and I don't understand what it means:
