There probably isn't such an app out there but, as an aspiring novelist, I would love to have an app that recognizes lazy writing. I know there are apps like Grammarian which will improve grammar but I'm talking about editing a book/chapter to get rid of cliches and unnecessary words. Check out The Written Journey: Sluggish Writing to understand what I mean. I've thought about creating a list of such words for Typinator which could replace them with the word and "(edit)" after it but maybe there is an app there that would fulfill my needs. Any thoughts!

Would have thought the Cliche Cleaner would have been that tool, and if not the market place would be even better.
