I have iWork 09 on my mac, and i was wondering if i could resell the original CD without any problems on the buyers end. I am wanting to upgrade to the new iWork 10 when it comes out.

No problems...sell it if you no longer need it.

Like I said..."No problems...sell it if you no longer need it."

The registration in your name means absolutely nothing...your iLife 09 disk is totally generic.

Just so long as you're selling an actual iLife '09 disc, and not one of the software CDs that came with your computer. You may need those discs if you ever have to reinstall your system software.

Also, its a violation of the licensing agreement to keep a copy on your computer after you sell the CDs. So I'd wait until iLife '10 comes out before selling.

iLife and iWork are two completely different things.

iLife has all of the media applications, iWork has Office-like programs.

So are you sure you want to sell your iLife 09' disc when you're waiting for iWork 10'? Just saying.

And you should be okay, as the previous poster had said, it's better to wait.
