status bar icons, change them ?

i was able to change Tweetie from the default square block to a chat bubble.. the other one i would like to change is the Airport icon, to resemble a iPhone bar signal icon..

1. where can i find a nice collection of icons, been searching in all the wrong places 'cuz i found nothing yet :] *update* found a coll. on Deviantart.
2. where is the Airport icon ?
