Is a MAC better for Web Design and Graphics?

I do alot of web design and Graphics and I have always used a PC Quad Core is a MAC better at offering any better performance for what I do? I mainly use all Photoshop products.

Are you dissatisfied with the performance of your PC? People in the know say that the Adobe products work quite well under Mac, but you should be getting good performance with your quad core already..
