MacBookPro 13inch 2.4 ghz 4 mg ram
ok i want to watch some shows but they require an AC3 codec. I downloaded one and also got 7z for the unzip. problem is when i unzip the AC3 it just sits on my desktopand when i open it to install it nothing happens. What am i doing wrong.

20" Intel iMac 2.4 Ghz/3G Ram/320HD, Snow Leopard. PBook G4, 1.5Ghz/1.5 Ram/250 HD, Leopard 10.5.6.
AC3 is an audio codec (Dolby), so I'm not sure what you're doing.

Thirdly, try installing Perian it'll solve most codec issues.
