I had this error come up while creating a html email in word (dont ask why I am using Word 2007 on a PC)
I found out how to get around the problem, but really. This is MS Office 2007 and it defaults to support for these 2 browsers. OK, if I want to support the 5 people on the Internet still using them but this is the 21st century.
Goes some way to explaining why MS is so behind, and by the way, the tell me more button took me to a generic help menu that in no way told me any more - at least not any info about this problem.
Come on Microsoft, give us helpful links and software that doesn't get stuck because you are so dumb that you default to supporting features that were current in the mid 1990s.
No wonder Apple is way ahead of them (well not in revenues and market share, but you know what I mean).
