This is interesting to hear because at first I thought 500 gb was large and then I got a 1.5 TB external drive and both are filling up faster than I would have imagined.

3 TB is still quite a lot of space but I can see that I might need it in the future for an internal hard drive. Of course it will be awhile for a laptop to have it if ever.

I do agree that SSD is the way to go if the prices were better and if they were larger.

Installation on Macs should be easier than many Windows 7 PCs, as Macs already utilize the necessary EFI firmware rather than using a BIOS.
