This is on a late model (July) 2008 15" Aluminum MBP (base model)
I am using it in clam shell mode hooked up to an external monitor and was using my Apple Bluetooth keyboard and Logitech bluetooth mouse when my connection to these devices was just dropped out of nowhere. The bluetooth icon in the menu bar states that BT isn't available, and the bluetooth icon doesn't appear in system preferences.
What would cause this and has this been an known issue ? I've serarched the forum but didn't find anything. I'm sure that a restart will likely fix it, but this isn't the first time it has happened. I still have Apple care on it, so if this is something I should look into fixing before it's too late, I'd love to know.
Thanks!
Doug
