Need help in converting .shn format to .mp3.

Hey-

I've recently switched over to a Mac and I love it, but I have one small problem. I'm really into live music and most live shows that are recorded are taped in the .shn format and not .mp3. I was wondering if there was a plug-in for itunes to play .shn files or if there a piece of software that will convert .shn files into mp3? Any help would be appreciated.
