Hey everyone,

I've been working really hard on this logo, and I wanted to know what you all thought. I even made sure it looks good small and in grayscale. Let me know if you see anything that could be improved.

O:)

Bonus points if you can guess the font.

(Yes, this is a joke.)

try having shadows from the sun (middle guy, right arm). That will give it a sense of depth/realism.

I would point to this article:
Typography for Lawyers

"Distinctive is fine; goofy is not. Novelty fonts, weird fonts, outline fonts, shadow fonts—these have no place in any document created by a lawyer. "

The design doesn't strike me as being very "lawerly". The capitalization is also odd – why is "attorneys" not capitalized?
Alternative font example:

Not sure if the image really goes with the font now though...

I would drop the image all together and go with the type Aptmunich suggested.

Are the images from a clipart library?

Sorry guys, I tried to make it clear but didn't come over well enough: this was a joke. I would never even consider using Comic Sans, clipart, and a rainbow gradient for a logo (regardless of who it's for). :D

And on that note, I added a motto!

(Thanks to everyone who so kindly offered advice, though. I feel kind of guilty now.)

and to think i was trying to figure out a way to politely offer my services...and yes the London 2012 logo is one of the worst I have seen, I hope they didn't pay much for that.

Haha –*you had me worried for a minute there! Anytime my "logo" looks better than a designer's is when I start to worry ;)

Well, I don't want to sound harsh or anything, but you did name this thread critique ;)
Anyway the logo looks a little childish, you should consider what Aptmunich suggested and I personally, I would ditch the sun background

I, too, was a little worried until I realized that that logo was a joke ;)

But, sadly, I do think that it is better than the London 2012 logo...which someone was actually paid to make....Oh, God :|

I hated the Olympics logo, and thought 'oh god, what will the rest of the world think of us now?'. But honestly, it's really grown on me.
