Ok, here is my story:

My white macbook is about 4-5 years old. I did not install leopard yet. One day, suddenly, without any reason, it just didn't recognize its battery anymore. I got sad and moved on because I had no ways to change it (once I'm in Brazil, and here this battery is really expensive).
But some other problems started annoying me like finder always need to be restarted. So I decided to download Leopard. And I did. But when I was going to burn it to dvd I was surprised: Mac doesn't recognize any blank disc anymore. I tried different labels, but none was recognized. Although, it recognizes any burned already dvd. So I tried to burn the dvd in a friends windows computer, but it didn't work, because the leopard is in ".sparseimage" format. I think installing the new operational system is maybe the only way to improve the behavior of my mac. Does anybody know how to turn .sparseimage to .iso? Did anybody have these problems? Help me, please!

First of all, you CAN NOT legally download Leopard. Since you have a pirated copy no one is going to offer you assistance. When you buy a legal copy, return to the forum and we'll try to assist.

Regards.
