Just curious if there are better programs or resources i could use to improve file quality of media.

heard of iso hunt.com but any others specifically for music?

I'm confused what your asking.

If you want an alternative for iTunes why would you look on isohunt and not be talking about piracy?

Hmm, by it's very nature what your are asking is definitely referring to piracy.
If it was for legitimate software you could just go to the developers web site and download it, or one of the Mac software sites.
If you can't work it out for yourself, don't expect an answer here.
