time wrong in mac correct in window

Hi all guys....

I am new for mac osx ...
i just buy mac book pro 13 last weekend but i have problem with my mac..

i have setup win7, some time i use win7, some time i use mac... when i use win7 it not problem, but when i use mac os the time it not update it alway wrong Ewen i change a lot time. in win7 it not problem...

Pls any body help...

This is actually a conflict with the way OS X calculates time vs. how Windows calculates time. You can read about it some here, with an unsupported fix:
