Gmail problems on iPad

Anyone else notice that Gmail doesn't seem to sync up properly on the iPad?

I know I have the native mail client configured properly, but often I will delete (not archive) a message from my iPad but it still shows up in my inbox when I go to my desktop PC.

Anyone else having issues?
