Mozilla, iCab Web browsers get updated
October 13, 2003 - 16:05 EDT Mozilla 1.4.1 is the latest version of the popular open-source Web browser. The latest release features a new bookmarks system, support for click-and-drag dynamic image and table resizing, junk-mail contextual menu items, improved pop-up blocking and image blocking/disabling, as well as thousands of additional bug fixes, including changes to improve performance, stability, Web site compatibility, standards support, and usability. In related browser news, iCab 2.9.6 was released today. The update includes a new version of the OpenSSL library which fixes some security issues, support for Mac OS X 10.1, and several general bug fixes.
My Comments: Hopefully iCab is better this time.. this is a maintenance release.. *crosses fingers* Mozilla is doing pretty good at this point. I just wish it had the load time of Safari.
