I have a user who keeps getting these pops ups that say: “The operation cannot complete because there isn’t enough memory (RAM) available.” and “Can’t move the objects. There isn’t enough memory.”
When using CS4 Illustrator on a MacBook Pro Duo 2 2.4 Ghz intel with 2 GB Memory. The document I have open in my window is approx. 10 MB, the document I want to open in addition is 15 MB. THe second error message referencing 'can't move objects. This error happened when I tried to move a selection of objects on the 15 MB document which is the only doc I have open. What I’m having to do is close Illustrator and open it again to recover from the glitch. Any ideas?
