MacBook Pro Battery Calibration/life

Just bought the new Mac Book Pro, calibrated the battery like it is written on the apple website, and WFT!
I only have 5:30 instead of the promised 10h. I mean yeah, I agree -1 or 2 hours for screen brightness and stuff but -4h?

BTW i've seen few people showing their battery status and how much battery the had originally and how much they have now.

Kono - sorry for hijacking your post but i have a similar concern...

I received my MBP 15" (2.4GHz i5) on Tuesday and as I turned it on about 10 minutes ago I noticed very low battery...

At first it was 97% and 2:41, then 95% 2:15 and now 94% 1:57... I have bluetooth turned off, screen brightness to around 70%, only 2 apps running at any one time (safari and maybe an office document)

I haven't calibrated it yet as I was told it doesn't need to be done straight away, some time in the first 2 months is recommended...

Am I missing something???

I calibrate once a month. You might want to download coconut battery as well.
