I can't watch the video here, but I hope it wrecked his microwave oven in addition to the iPad.

He did a little. He put a 64GB-3G ipad in the microwave and set the timer for 18 mins of full power and the thing eventually caught fire and burnt out the inside of the microwave.

I'd splurge on it but it doesn't come with an Apple Care warranty

it cant be healthy to hate any company that much

What bugs me about anything like this is, a total waste of $$$ plus destroying an innocent device that if you don't like it, could be sold to someone who could get some real usage from it.

I wish I could of afforded a 64 gb 3G iPad.

It's just abject stupidity, that's what bothers me about it. It's destroying something for the sake of destroying it, and a blatant desperate attempt to get attention. It's actually kind of sad when you think about it.

The guy whom did that to his iPad probably was neglected as a child or has some pretty damaging times in his past. I mean, do people really think it's worth it to buy these expensive items and then destroy them...all for attention?
