Help on buying an emac

Hi im new to macs, if any of you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
im look to buy an emac for £250 or about $450.
i want to know is it worth it and could it run programs like photoshop cs, macromedia flash and dreamwear smoothly with no problems
specs of emac are:
cpu G4 700MHZ, 640MB RAM, 40 Gb harddrive, ATI 9200 video card.

yes, it will run these apps smoothly, though I would suggest adding more ram if you can, though 640 is pretty good.
