Iphoto library locked?!

So, I think I managed to accidentally delete my Iphoto Library, however thanks to time machine, i managed to save it, but now it wont open.

It says that "The iphoto Library is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have permission to make changes to it"

I have copy and pasted the library from time machine to its original location.

help please!

Right-click on the iPhoto Library file and click 'Get Info'. Then check the permissions at the bottom of the Get Info window. They should look like this:
