Entourage Error -3259

MacbookPro OSX 10.6.3
Entourage 2008 V12.1.0
email service provider: TWC Socal RoadRunner
ISP: FiOs

Whenever I try to send an email out I get Error - 3259 (for screen shot see attachment).

outgoing smtp settings are set as
smtp-server.socal.rr.com
port 25
requires authentication set - use same as incoming..

Ive been able to send receive road runner email over my fios wireless router before. this is only a recent problem.

Also when I log into the webmail site. the outgoing works..

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fix error 3259

While visiting the iTunes store, or purchasing music from it, you may receive error 3259 Windows 7. Any of the following descriptions will appear with the error:
i "iTunes could not connect to the Store. An unknown error occurred (-3259). Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
ii "There was an error downloading your music (-3259)"
Here are the various ways to fix error 3259 Windows 7:
Update iTunes
Turn Off your Windows Firewall
Exclude iTunes from the Data Execution Prevention
Repair the iTunes Registry Settings
Clean the System Junk
