i recently restored my snow leopard mac book pro from the factory restore disc and wanted to copy back some of my images over 4gb. first of all i copied the images from my orgional setup to my external all fine, then i wanted to copy them back to my fresh install and i get error 36-
the hard drive was formatted 1 partition, GUID, HFS+ journalled as per below, they were just the defult settings. i have also tried extracting compressed files that i have verified to extract fine on another snow leopard machine and i get errors.
i am running 10.6.3 with all the latest updates and this is really bugging me!
