Is the iPad upgradeable?

If I bought the 16GB iPad and found it wasn't adequate for me, could I add additional memory? TIA.

Unfortunately the answer is no. Like the iPod and iPhone what you get is ALL you get. No upgrade to the memory. There is no real SD Card Slot.

There is the Camera Kit dongles that do come with a SD Card Slot but thats only for pictures, correct me if I am wrong, and won't support playing audio files.

Will Apple ever be gracious enough to allow audio playback from the SD Card Dongle in a software update... That is yet to be seen.

No, just the 3G access.

It's totally upgradeable. What you do is first sell your iPad, then put the money you get toward one with more memory ;P
