iWork Pages and Numbers word question?

Hi all,

i was just wondering if their was an option within pages and numbers to set it that it will automatically put a capital letter at the start of each word? instead of just at the start of a sentance, i couldn't find an option but then again im not even sure where to look

Go to "Format" then "Font" then "Capitalization" and choose "Sentence". That will do just what you want.
