Hey you guys, I'm looking for some advice from people familiar with Macs. Curently I am looking at 2 Models:

Apple MacBook Pro MC118LL/A 15.4-Inch Laptop. 2.53 GHz., 4GB, 250 GB (June 2009)

Amazon.com: Apple MacBook Pro MC118LL/A 15.4-Inch Laptop: Computer & Accessories

and

MacBook Pro 13-inch: 2.66GHz, 4GB. 320GB (April 2010)

Configure - Apple Store (U.S.)

The reasons It is between these two is because I do not know if there is a significant difference in efficiency. The older model has a larger screen. That is the primary reason I'm torn. Does the new model have a better graphic card? I'm not sure which is better. I'll add the 2009 model would cost me $1495/New while the 2010 model is $1299/New.

Your Mac's Specs
21" iMac 2.9Ghz 16GB RAM - 10.11.3, iPhone6s & iPad Air 2 - iOS 9.2.1, ATV 4Th Gen tvOS, ATV3
This is a no brainer IMO unless its real estate that you really want.

But to answer you question, the New MBP has the NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory card in it and the late 2009 has the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M with 256MB of GDDR3 SDRAM.

In a nut shell the 320M Graphics is better. IMO i would be going the new MBP way, unless as i said above, the real estate is what you are looking for.

Cheers
