Proud 1st time imac owner, a few questions...

Hey guys!

I've just received my refurbished 21.5" imac a couple of days ago & I have a a few questions I hope you can help me with!

So, I got my refurb 21.5" imac. It came with 2 discs. I think one of them is the OS disc & the other one is an applications disc. Is this ilife? It already has ilife installed I'm sure...?

I was wondering if I should have also gotten a copy of iwork, maybe I need to pay for iwork?

last question...

I would like a copy of Aperture. I have seen a copy on ebay of Aperture 2. It has been used but the guy is now selling it as he says he doesn't use it anymore & has deleted it? Obviously it would be alot cheaper than buying a new copy but my question is - would it work after already being installed on someone elses computer?

Yes, it's already installed.

Yes, you have to pay for iWork. Although you can download a 30 day free trial if it's not already installed.

Should work. Although Aperture 3 is out now. He probably has bought the upgrade version of 3 and is now selling his version of 2 so that he gets version 3 for free. If you want Aperture, I'd suggest you just get the new one.
