What is your favorite (FREE) sync program, outside of Time Machine ?

I'm looking for a new app with a clean and simple interface to manage syncing my external hard drives. I don't ever really need to back up my system files, so I'm not sure that Time Machine would do what I need. I only want to sync music and photos from a master external HD, to other back up external drives. I'd also like to be able to do this across my wireless network, though it's not an absolute necessity.

Are there any decent/good ones out there which are free ? I'm also willing to pay, but only if it's really worth it.

Suggestions ?
