Hi,
I was trying to install the R package to my macbook using the compiler (that comes with XCode). However, when I try to build R locally, it is failing. I get the following error:
./configure
checking whether the C compiler works... no
error...
It seems to me that the gcc compiler that comes up with mac is not taking the standard options.
I can send the full trace if anyone interested.. any ideas what I do to make this work?
