I figured out how to turn on WEP but if I turn WEP on will the computers using my wireless internet not be able to? And when it says passphrase does that mean password?

Type in a passphrase like "mac" or "cat", then click Generate. Then it will return you with Keys 1-4 to choose from. Pick any key, it doesn't matter, then when you setup computer to receive wireless, you select the network, it will ask for your key, and then you enter in the one of the keys.

Now its prompting me for a password to use my internet I typed to the one I put in the passphrase and its not working. then i typed one of the keys that it generates and that doesnt work. And I cant disable WEP now because my password doesnt seem to be working.

To fix this can I just uninstall and reinstall the software that I used to install the router on my PC?

You'll probably need to press the reset button on the back now. :(

Try putting a $ in front of the pass phrase.
