Videos Always Reloading?

Its a .WMV file
Have Flip4Mac and use quicktime

I can play them and everything is great but when I load a video or movie up that I downloaded (Youtube etc), I must play the whole movie and cannot skip parts?

Why does this happen?

You should try to play videos you've downloaded from YouTube via VLC Player. That is probably the most capable player I know in existence today.

starts up, then cant move the video until it plays the whole thing through
