I just got my first mac machine, the just updated mbp with snow leopard.
I like it very much, but when I try to download something with firefox 3.6, nothing happened. I have tried to fix it after some google search, but no luck.
However, I can download without problem when I use the built-in safari browser.
Any clues about that? thanks

Try a new download of version 3.6.3 with choice of either US or British English from the Mozilla link:-

Firefox web browser | International versions: Get Firefox in your language

Download correct Mac version, double click to run the installer and let us know if any imporvement?

Actually the version I am using is 3.6.3 in US English, and I also have tried all of methods showed in the mozilla webpage
Unable to download or save files
After I click download button, one file end with .part will show.

Check you actually did download the Mac OS X version as .part files are partials for Windows downloads usually, or are you downloading in Windows via Boot Camp? Also how many files are in your Download folder Go > Home > Downloads?

Do a Google on this.
