App for extracting audio from video files?

I'd like to extract the audio only from some video files I have. They're mostly M4v's, but some of them are MOVs and even AVIs. I just want to be able to extract the audio and save it as MP3 with minimal loss of quality. Can anyone recommend something?

In addition tp, or alternative to, that suggested, the best-est-est-est I've ever used, bar none, is WireTap WireTap Studio | Ambrosia Software, Inc.. Beautiful, records absolutely anything going through the Mac's internal (line) sound components. It's price is off-putting, granted, but if you're a serious audiophile, go for it!

Other options include Garageband, and Audacity.
