I need to backup my email and Contacts in Entourage 2004.
Could someone please let me know where these files reside within 10.3.8?

If you go to your Home folder go to:
Documents->Microsoft User Data->Office 2004 Identities->Main Identity
That folder contains the database with all your email,contacts,etc.
