How to insert a bullet point in Pages?

It seems like a simple question, I know.
My problem is that I'm wanting to insert a bullet point within a sentence. For example:

home address (bullet point) phone number (bullet point) email address

In Word, I would have simply gone to insert, then symbol.

Can someone please help me out?!

click on view in pages then on view styles and then on bullet point!

It took me weeks to find that out myself.
