Snow Leopard "Last opened" view option in Finder

Hi,

In Snow Leopard, I see the "Last opened" viewing option for Finder but it can't be selected,
Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Sorry, I just tested after posting and realised that this option is not available for some reason.
The closest I have is when looking at a file or App, etc, seeing when it was last opened... like this:


I spent a long time trying to work it out, as well as google fuing, but came up blank.
I hope that someone comes along with a solution, not only to help you with this, but also as I am now very curious.
