When i press F4 for the clock....

The time is not the same time as the time on the top right. how do i adjust it?

Pressing the F4 key normally pulls up your Dashboard, which contains various widgets. What I assume you mean is that you have a widget with one time, and your system time in the menubar has a different time.

I'm going to assume that your widget is the World Clock. Pull that up and click on the little "i" button on bottom right corner. From there, do the obvious.

As for your menubar clock… click that, select "Date and Time Preferences", go to "Time Zone", and make sure it is set for the correct zone you live in.
