I don't know of an actual anti-glare glass replacement for the glossy screen glass protector. However, there are anti-glare protectors made of various materials that you can place over the glass protector. Some folks say they're OK but most seem to complain about the graininess that they produce.
Your best bet might be to sell your glossy MBP and buy one with the anti-glare screen already built in.
My previous Macbook Pro had the anti-glare screen and I LOVED it for my needs. The anti-glare option was not available when I got my unibody, so I improvised and got this:
They have it at Fry's for $20, so dont get it on Amazon, but that is also my review. Take GREAT CARE when installing. Result was great for me, screen looks great and has at least 50% less glare than the glossy screen.
