I may have to break down and get one of the bluetooth keyboards for mine. I've just about worked out most of the issues that would allow me to not pick up my MBP most of the time except for the lack of arrow keys on the onscreen keyboard.

It's worth it in my opinion. It's so light that I always find myself holding it on one side with my hand and typing with the other. The area where the batteries go is a perfect grip area for your finger to support it with just one hand.

EDIT: I forgot to mention something. Look at the side shot picture of the ipad. You will notice that the power cable is disconnected. I have yet to connect the power to it since I first took my ipad out of the wrapper!! It's still at 24%!!

There is actually a silver and a black one underneath. Those are 2 enclosures for the seagate usb hard drives. The red one on the left is the rocketfish...

Thanks, but I'll pass on shoving all my wires, that create heat, inside a box!

Your wires create heat? Scary. Mine sure don't, you might want to address that.

No! Obviously not the wire itself…duhh!! All the box adapters and such including the power strips and all my chargers…heat is definitely there and is nothing unusual!!

Ah, well my heat producing items are still open to the air, just behind my mac and monitors, so I guess, duhh to you.

I was trying to provide solutions, Snarky, McSnarkson....enjoy your iPad (and that mess of wires.)
